MR Arts delivers handcrafted solid Sheesham wood furniture across India. All orders are prepaid online via Razorpay; we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

1. Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within India only. Delivery to remote pin codes may take longer; we will inform you if your pin code needs extra time.

2. Dispatch and delivery time

Every order is dispatched within 7 days of successful payment.
Your product is delivered anywhere in India within 14 days of placing the order.
You will receive dispatch details on WhatsApp/SMS/email once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping charges

Delivery is free on all orders across India. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

4. Assembly and installation

Assembly is not included. Products that need assembly are to be assembled by the customer.

5. At the time of delivery

Please ensure the furniture can pass through doors, lifts and staircases; check product dimensions before ordering.
Inspect the product on delivery and report any damage as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
