These terms apply to all purchases on mrarts.in, operated by M.R. Glass House (Powered by MR ARTS®), Road No. 5, RIICO Area, Churu, Rajasthan – 331001 (GSTIN: 08BDCPP5521M1ZA). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Our furniture is handcrafted from solid Sheesham wood. Natural variations in grain, knots and colour are normal and make each piece unique.
Product photos are indicative; the finish may look slightly different on different screens.
Dimensions are approximate and may vary by ±2 cm.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST.
All orders must be fully prepaid online through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking). Cash on Delivery is not available.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment. If the price or stock of an item was shown incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns, cancellations and refunds by our Refund and Returns Policy.

4. Warranty

Every MR ARTS® product comes with a 36-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, moisture, direct sunlight, termites caused by the surroundings, or normal wear and tear.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for providing a correct delivery address and phone number.

6. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Churu, Rajasthan.
